What if I miss a live call or a live academy session?
Everything is recorded. The full course vault and replays are part of the pass, so a missed live session becomes something you catch up on, not something you lose.
I'm already part of Kingdom Alliance or the membership. Does this replace that?
The Leadership Pass is how you move from on-demand into the live rooms for the year. If you're already inside the community, this is your upgrade to live academies, live calls, and the vault — without paying for both separately.
I'm new to this. Is the Leadership Pass too advanced for me?
No. The academies are built to develop the person first — identity, relationships, self-leadership — before they ask anything else of you. Wherever you're starting from, the live room meets you there.
Does the Leadership Pass include RLC certification or the coaching license?
No — the Pass is live access to the academies, calls, and vault. RLC certification and the coaching license are a separate application-based path. Many people use the Pass to grow personally and as leaders first, then apply to become a licensed RLC Coach when they're ready.
When does enrollment close?
The Leadership Pass is only available during this window — November through the first week of January. After that, live academies and calls go back to being available per-class or through the standard membership.
